Being all ex-actors ourselves with years of experience within the entertainment industry, we know how important the relationship between agent to talent is and strive to make the path smooth, friendly & supported.
Jamie Sampson
Director of 33 & Agent
Jamie began his training as an Actor at the Sylvia Young Theatre School at 14 years old, from there he trained at Mountview Academy Of Theatre Arts and gained a successful career in West End shows, TV roles and commercials.
At 33 years old, he worked as an assistant at Cole Kitchenn Personal Management (now InterTalent) gaining the most insightful knowledge into the other side of the business. In 2015 he went on to have his own very successful list at The Soundcheck Agency and two years later, 33 was born.
Jamie aims to create a highly successful agency and to manage and future careers across all disciplines of the business.
Emma Davidson
Agent
Emma has worked in the industry for over twenty years. She originally trained as an actress and graduated with a First Class BA (Hons) degree (Acting) from Rose Buford College.
Having signed with Sarah Spear at Curtis Brown, Emma worked successfully in film, theatre and television alongside some of the biggest names in the industry such as Kenneth Branagh, Dame Julie Walters, Tom Hardy and Benedict Cumberbatch.
After a brief stint in casting she joined TCG Artist Management in 2006, where she assisted Managing Director Kristin Tarry and never looked back.
In 2021 Emma was delighted to join 33 Artist Management as a talent agent in the acting department. She would like to build an exciting list of diverse and talented actors from all backgrounds and passionately develop their careers.
Simon Adkins
Agent
Simon trained at Bird College where he graduated with a First Class BA (Hons) Degree in Dance and Theatre Performance.Most recently, he was the Assistant Director on the BBC Proms: West Side Story at the Royal Albert Hall and has been the Resident Choreographer on the latest West End revival of 42nd Street at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane since January 2017.
Other theatre credits as an actor include: The Original London Productions of Jersey Boys (Bob Crewe), Viva Forever (Leon), Wicked and The Producers. Don Lockwood in Singin’ in the Rain, Jerry Springer the Opera, Annie Get Your Gun, Cats, Copacabana, Chicago, Beautiful and Damned, 42nd Street.
Nicky Griffiths
Agent
Nicky has worked in the industry for over 20 years as both a performer and creative. She performed in the West End in shows such as Wicked, Hairspray, Jersey Boys, Mamma Mia, Bodyguard and Dirty Dancing. She then moved on to work as a choreographer and movement directer on many shows building experience as a creative and being on the other side of the table.
Starting out life as a performer, Nicky learned first hand how tough the industry is without an agent! She built relationships herself and worked hard to get her foot in the door.
She is determined to open doors for her clients and nurture both new talent and experienced performers, paving a long and successful career and agent/client relationship.
Katy Haffner

Agent's assistant
Katy began her training at Harlequin Stage School; competing from a young age including at the Dance World Cup. She then went onto train at the Guildford School of Acting, graduating in 2021 with a First Class BA(Hons) Degree in Musical Theatre.
Katy has recently found her passion for Agent life and is honoured to be a part of Team 33.
She is looking forward to developing her knowledge in this role and working towards becoming an agent in the future.
