Louis is a professional Olympic winning gymnast for the UK competing in the Beijing, London and Rio games and scoring several Silver and Bronze medals.
Louis was appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in the 2013 New Year Honours. He was formally presented with the award by Queen Elizabeth II at Buckingham Palace on February 13, 2013. The honor was awarded for his services to gymnastics following his success at the 2012 London Olympics.
In 2012, Louis took part in Strictly Come Dancing for the BBC, winning the show.
In 2018, he appeared at the London Palladium in the show Rip it Up the 60s, alongside Harry Judd, Jay McGuiness and Aston Merrygold. In 2019, he starred in the 1970s adaption of the show.
He appeared on The Masked Dancer, masked as "The Carwash" in 2021 and was crowned the winner of the series!
